TALLINN - The Estonian ambassador to the United Kingdom, Viljar Lubi, will open an Estonian honorary consulate in Liverpool on Friday.
The consular area of Honorary Consul Kai Hughes, an entrepreneur, is made up of the city of Liverpool and the region of North Wales, spokespeople for the Foreign Ministry in Tallinn said.
In addition to performing consular functions, the honorary consul will seek to promote economic and cultural relations between the two countries.
