TALLINN - Some architectural experts say that the Estonian architecture and design industry is quite vibrant and more willing to challenge itself in comparison with other EU countries. Architects note that emerging new design companies in the industry are eager to test out new concepts. They are ready and able to make fast adjustments towards what they see as global changes.
