WORKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM: Estonian architectural firms have developed skills during the economic growth years, and are now able to compete on an international level.
TALLINN - Some architectural experts say that the Estonian architecture and design industry is quite vibrant and more willing to challenge itself in comparison with other EU countries.
