Nepotism: On and On and On

The next time that Oxford University revises its magisterial dictionary, I will propose that alongside the word “nepotism,” there be a picture of the deputy mayor of Riga, Ainars Slesers.  The man is a card-carrying member of Nepotists United, and he absolutely typifies everything that is wrong in this banana republic of ours.
