Three Lithuanian soldiers injured

VILNIUS -- Three Lithuanian soldiers have been injured after coming under fire in southern Afghanistan.

The Baltic News Service reported that the three soldiers from the special forces squadron Aitvaras were trevesated for minor injuries and that there is no threat to their lives.

The Lithuanian Defense Ministry has refused to provide more detailed information, citing concern for the safety of the soldiers, BNS reported.
