Officials of the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board in West-Viru County detained three Finnish citizens, who are suspected of handling large amounts of narcotics.
According to the information, the Finnish citizens ordered drugs from Asia to be delivered to the home address of a 17-year-old male living in West-Viru County. The young man is suspected of trying to illegally handle narcotic substances.
