TALLINN – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna is taking part in a meeting of the foreign ministers of the European Union in Luxembourg on Monday.
Following an informal video conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, the EU ministers will discuss Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
The ministers will then discuss the situation in the Middle East, taking into account recent developments. As part of current affairs, the foreign ministers will also likely be briefed on the elections in Georgia and Moldova. Additionally, they are expected to discuss the situation in the Horn of Africa and Venezuela.
While at lunch, the EU ministers will have an informal exchange of thoughts with David Lammy, foreign secretary of the United Kingdom.
