Participants represented both genders and different ages. Some were completely nude, while some were wearing traditional oak wreaths or hats.
Several hundreds of people came to watch the nude run. The runners were awarded with cold beer after the run.
The event is now in its seventh year. In contrast to similar events elsewhere in Latvia, the nude run in Kuldiga is not officially organized. Instead, participants gather to run naked without any consideration for gender, age or race.
