The early morning blast broke eleven windows of the state building.
Police reached the building on Riga'sstreet almost immediately. The State Police informed LETA news agency that theysuspect hooliganism, but do not yet know what materials were used to set offthe explosion.
Police also said that it may have been a work of a former employer orsomeone acting against the agency.
