Hostels riding out the tough times

Despite many big name hotels dropping their prices, a large number of travelers are turning to budget hostels for accommodation during their holidays. Austin Nicholas founded the off-the-beaten path tourism company Riga Out There in 2004. He also manages the House Hostel in central Riga.
