Infanticide suspect arrested

KAUNAS - A 26-year-old woman has been arrested for the murder of her two month old daughter, who was found dead in a landfill last week.

The woman, who has been identified as Edita LardongaitÄ—, was found hiding out with friends near Kaunas.

If found guilty she could face a possible sentence of life in prison.
