Dinamo advances to quarter finals

RIGA - Dinamo Riga, the massively popular Latvian hockey team playing within the KHL, has defeated the number 1 seeded SKA St. Petersburg team in order to secure a spot in the quarter finals. 

SKA was ranked first in the division, while Dinamo barely made it into the playoffs in 8th position.

The Latvian team won the match-up with three victories and only one defeat.
