Lithuanian takes cycling gold

COPENHAGEN - Lithuanian national Sinoma Krupeckaite has won the women's keirin gold in the World Track Cycling Championships in Copenhagen.

Krupeckait, 27, edged out the competition to win the first cycling gold of her career. 

She has already won a silver and two bronzes at world-level events.
