Vilnius Mayor to be ousted from party

VILNIUS -- The Homeland Union – Lithuanian Christian Democrats have decided to throw Vilnius city Mayor Vilius Navickas out of the party, the Baltic News Service reported.

The leader of HU-LCD, Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius, did not comment on the reasons behind the decision.
