TALLINN - On Feb. 24, Estonia celebrates it's national day, marking 93 years since the country's National Council issued the decleration of independence.
The day will be marked with ceremonies and celebrations, including a flag raising ceremony, military parade, concert, award ceremony, and religious gatherings.
A ballroom dancing ceremony tradionally attended by the President has been cancelled in deference to last week's tragic orphanage fire, which killed 10 children.
