Stable cold and winter-like weather conditions are not expected by Christmas this year, however, there's some chance of some snow, the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Center has said.
Temperatures next week will remain changeable, with temperatures during the day above zero degrees Celsius, and temperatures at night at around zero or several degrees below
Some snowfall is expected in western regions of the country. Temperatures during the day will be from two to minus three degrees Celsius,, reports LETA.
Snow, wet-snow and rain is in the forecast throughout Latvia on Sunday, as temperatures will remain about the same as Saturday.
