TALLINN (BNS) - A Tallinn district court commuted on Nov. 1 a four-year prison term given to Mikhail Neverovsky for acts of deportation committed in 1949 to three years on probation.Neverovsky was given his four-year term by the lower-level Parnu County Court on July 30 for preparations for and immediate particiption in deportations in March 1949.
