TALLINN - Ryanair has cancelled flights from Tallinn to Billund, Bergamo, Paphos, Rome, Treviso and Vienna from April to October 2025.
Only four routes have been temporarily removed from the route map, as Air Baltic operates flights from Tallinn to Billund and Ryanair continues to fly to Milan Malpensa, according to Margot Holts, communication manager at Tallinn Airport. There will not be a major change in the number of destinations compared to last year, as instead of 50 routes last year, it will be possible to fly to 49 destinations from Tallinn this summer.
Ryanair has made significant route cuts for the summer season of 2025 in Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, and Italy, blaming the governments of these countries for increasing aviation-related fees. In the second half of last year, Ryanair also reported issues with aircraft availability, which led to the closure of its base in Billund and a reduction of four aircraft in Bergamo.
