Ventspils knocked out of Europa League qualification

GUIMARAES (Portugal) - In a second-leg UEFA Europa League third qualification round match last night, Latvian football club Ventspils lost to Portuguese football club Vitoria 0:6.

With the loss, Ventspils lost to the Portuguese football club on aggregate 0:9 and has failed to advance to the fourth and final qualification round of this season's UEFA Europa League.
