President of the MBSA association went to Latvia and Estonia.

In Estonia he visited the University of Tartu, a world-renowned university that dates back to 1632 and which has rediscovered its vocation of cultural ecumenism after the independence of the Baltic countries: the world of culture is following the developments of the current international crisis with apprehension and attention.
